Jessica is the founder and artistic director of Wild Gem Theatre Company, a pop-up, bespoke theatre company with emphases on creating meaningful arts experiences and performing arts education.

Jessica's passion for educational theatre transfers to her work as a production coach and mentor for school theatre directors.

Jessica will direct Sarah Ruhl's Eurydice in Great Theatre's 2024-2025 season.

Jessica will discuss adapting and directing Willa Cather's short story "Neighbour Rosicky" at the Willa Cather Spring Conference in June.

Jessica was awarded the National Federation of High Schools Outstanding Theatre Educator Award for 2023-2024.

Jessica recently received her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Theatre (Directing) from the University of Idaho.
